I Buy NEO Rebate Process

The I Buy NEO Community Card is easy to process. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Each merchant sets a unique rebate
  2. The rebate portion of the transaction is divided three ways:
    • As cash back rewards to the consumer
    • As donations to the nonprofit organization or school of consumers choice
    • As funding to promote local Northeast Ohio businesses

How do I process the transaction?

  1. Confirm rebate eligibility by checking store guidelines for qualifying purchases
  2. Enter total purchase amount into the credit card terminal, then swipe the Community Card through the terminal
  3. Terminal will return a “decline for payment” or “invalid card” message
  4. Customer then pays for purchase in any accepted form (cash, check, credit card, debit card)
